Tasty, Fresh & Healthy - The Southern Aegean Way

At Loryma, good food begins with good ingredients. Our kitchens focus on regional and Mediterranean cuisine, shaped by seasonality and care. Much of what defines our flavour comes from our own extra-virgin olive oil, harvested each year from the olive trees rooted in our gardens.

Home-grown vegetables and herbs are complemented by seasonal produce sourced from local farmers and small suppliers. Imported, pre-packed and heavily processed goods are consciously avoided, as is unnecessary waste. The result is honest, fresh cooking that reflects the spirit of the Mediterranean diet.

All restaurants and bars are open to resident guests and visitors alike.

BREAKFAST

Our breakfast buffet brings together a rich mix of local and international favourites: cheeses, egg dishes, pancakes, savoury filo rolls, home-made jams, our region's world-famous pine honey, olives and fresh herbs, seasonal fruit, yoghurts and cereals — a generous variation to be enjoyed at leisure.

Breakfast and dinner are served in our light-filled restaurant with glass façades and a shaded terrace overlooking the Bay of Turunç, the mountains and the open sea.

DINNER

In the evening, the selection for the open buffet dinner draws from across the Mediterranean, with a focus on Turkish cuisine. Traditional meze, grilled fish and meats, tasty slow-cooked casseroles, and homemade pide and bread from our traditional stone oven form the heart of the menu.

LORYMA BISTRO

Loryma Bistro is the resort's most intimate culinary setting. Its olive-shaded terrace opens to wide sea views, while inside, local white marble and traditional stone masonry create an atmosphere that feels calm, refined and timeless.

At daytime, the à la carte menu remains light and fresh — seasonal salads, snacks and grilled fish or meats, ideal for a relaxed midday pause.

The dinner menu highlights Mediterranean and Anatolian specialities. Thoughtfully prepared meze, fresh seafood, and meat dishes are accompanied by excellent regional wines and a well-chosen rakı selection.

CAFÉ A.

Café A. is our relaxed corner for a quick coffee, homemade cakes and bakes (also to-go) and unhurried moments. Beneath its evergreen canopy, guests gather to play chess and backgammon, to read, work remotely, exchange books from the growing swap shelf or enjoy a conversation. Open throughout the day and into the evening, it moves at its own gentle pace.

POOL BAR

Set on an open terrace, the Pool Bar is the meeting point after a swim, a spa treatment or an afternoon in the sun. Ice-cooled refreshments or revitalising Turkish coffee prepared to your taste, homemade lemonade and light daytime snacks are served with arguably the best views of the bay.

OXYGEN BAR

With spectacular panoramic views over the Bay of Turunç and the surrounding mountains, the Oxygen Bar is where the day naturally turns into evening.

The open-air roof terrace offers a relaxed and atmospheric setting — equally suited to socialise or while away the hour. On selected evenings, live music adds a gentle rhythm as sunset fades into night.

The menu pairs well-crafted classics with refreshing seasonal cocktails, alongside a curated selection of local wines and beers sourced from nearby producers.
